Owners create a team and share a join code. Members enter the code and they're in. One account, any number of teams.

Members see only their own work by default. Owners and Admins choose what to make visible, section by section.

OAuth-only authentication
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. We never see, receive, or store your password.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic uses TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest in Firebase Firestore with per-team security rules.
Sheets scope, narrowly used
The Sheets sync uses auth/spreadsheets only to write seven managed tabs in the sheet you designate.
Access tokens stay in your browser
Your OAuth access token lives in browser memory only. Never persisted, never shipped, never logged.
Revoke any time
Disconnect OtterLabs at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Future syncs stop immediately.
